Bespoke digital craft · Litchfield County, CT

Websites for
gardens & estates.

A small design, strategy, and technology studio for the great gardens of the Northeast — built one property at a time.

What we do

A studio practice, not a template shop.

Every estate is its own world — a history, a garden, a family, a season. We treat your website the same way: as a single editorial work, designed and built from the soil up.

  • 01 · Strategy

    Voice & positioning

We start with the story of the place — what it is, who it's for, and what visitors, journalists, and stewards should feel before they ever set foot on the property.

  • 02 · Design

    Editorial identity

Typography, photography, and pacing tuned for the property. The result is closer to a monograph than a website — restrained, confident, and unmistakably yours.

  • 03 · Technology

    Quiet, durable craft

Fast, accessible, and easy for your team to maintain. We build on modern, owned infrastructure — no rented templates, no moving parts you'll outgrow.

Rooted in the Northwest Hills

A neighbor, not a vendor.

Perennial Pages was started by people who live and garden in Litchfield County, CT. We work close to home, in small numbers, with a handful of properties at a time — so the work is considered and the relationships are real.

Most engagements begin with a walk of the grounds and an afternoon in the library. Everything that follows — the strategy, the design system, the code — comes out of that.

Engagements

How we work together.

  • Origin

A new website, from the soil up

Voice, identity, photography direction, and a custom site built around the property. Usually eight to twelve weeks.

  • Restoration

Bringing an existing site back to life

A focused redesign for properties whose digital presence has fallen behind the garden. Typically four to six weeks.

  • Stewardship

    Ongoing care, seasonally

Editorial updates, performance, and quiet improvements through the year — handled by the people who built the site.
